A former Nigerian ambassador to the Center African Republic, Ambassador Yahaya Tambari is dead.
Tambari died on Monday night, July 18 as one of the casualties of a fatal motor accident.
Reports from the News Agency of Nigeria state that the accident took place at the Kaduna-Zaria expressway.
Close relation to the family, Alh Abdulraman Nuru-Bayero said he died at 64 years of age.
He also stated that Tambari had worked closely with the Nigerian Foreign Mission in Saudi Arabia, Benin Republic and Center African Republic to mention a few.
He is survived by his wife, Hajiya Binta and five children.
