WARM TURMERIC WATER WITH LEMON
- 1/4 – 1/2 tsp of turmeric
- 1/2 of a lemon
- warm water
- honey (optional)
Preparation: Squeeze 1/2 of a lemon into a mug. Add the turmeric and warm water. Stir well and add honey to taste, (optional).
