1. Richard Mofe-Damijo and Jumobi Adegbesan
Richard Mofe-Damijo also was known as RMD, is a Nollywood veteran actor who has been active since 1997 and who was a former commissioner for Culture and Tourism in Delta State.
Jumobi Adegbesan is a former Lunch Time presenter with Africa Independent Television (AIT) who married the Nollywood actor after his first wife passed away. They are known to grace red carpets together but keep their lives off of social media.
2. Olu Jacobs and Joke Silva
Olu Jacobs began his acting career in 1971 and has since gone on to star in several British television series and international films as well as local movies as well.
Joke Silva is an actress who has paved a way for herself and other actresses in the industry. She met her husband in 1981 at the National Theatre, Lagos during the 21st Independence anniversary. They both own and started the Lufodo Group of companies.
These two have spent over 30 years together as a married couple.
3. 2 Baba and Annie Macaulay
2Baba born Innocent Idibia is a singer-songwriter, record producer and entrepreneur. He has been active since 2000 when he co-released an album as a part of the Plantashun Boyz before pursuing a solo career which was launched with the Grass to Grace album in 2004.
Annie Macaulay is a Nigerian, model, presenter and actress. Before her acting career took off she was a contestant in a pageant where she was runner-up and featured in a cameo appearance on the music video of 2Baba’s “African Queen” song.
Despite having 7 kids from 4 women, 2 of which are from Annie, the couple remain happily married.
4. Banky W and Adesua Etomi
Banky Wellington or his stage name Banky W, is a Nigerian singer, rapper and actor. He has been active since 2003 in which he released his first EP. He began his acting career in The Wedding Party alongside Adesua Etomi.
Adesua Etomi is a Nigerian actress who has been on stage plays, television and countless movies. She acted in her first feature film in 2014.
Although the couple is only engaged and are yet to walk down the aisle yet, they are an entertainment power couple having met on a red carpet at an event.
5. Tchidi Chikere and Nuella Njubuigbo
Tchidi Chikere is a Nigerian film director and scriptwriter. He has occasionally been known to feature in front of the camera as well. A few years ago, before his marriage to Nuella, he was in the news for his divorce with his ex-wife Sophia.
Nuella Njubuigbo is a Nigerian actress and scriptwriter. She broke into the Nigerian entertainment scene in 1999 and starred in her first film named “Royal Destiny”. Nuella married Tchidi in 2014 and subsequently had their daughter.
6. Gbenro Ajibade and Osas Ighodaro
Gbenro Ajibade is a Nigerian actor, producer, model and presenter. He has been active since 2008 and is a leading character in the popular soap opera Tinsel.
Osas Ighodaro is a Nigerian American actress, host and humanitarian. She also won the Miss Black USA Pageant in 2010. She played the role of Adanna on the soap opera Tinsel where she met her husband Gbenro on set. The couple has a daughter together.
