H&M Come Under Fire For Using Black Kid Model to Promote Hoodie with Racial Slur

Hennes & Mauritz (H&M), a popular Swedish multinational clothing-retail company is currently being dragged on social media for using a black child model to promote a hoodie with an inscription perceived to be racist. The inscription on the hoodie is “Coolest Monkey in the Jungle“.

There are other designs but people questioned the reason why the black kid was made to promote the very one with a racial insult.

The Swedish company has failed to make a statement on the issue.
