Many foods increase the risk of cancer if you eat them constantly. Here are 10 most unhealthy guilty foods, which can lead to cancer!

Genetically modified fruits and vegetables – GMO
Genetically modified fruits and vegetables should not be included into our diet, since for their rapid growth there are used chemicals. But these products are everywhere! Avoid them whenever possible.

Processed meat
Most meat products, including sausages, bacon etc., contain chemicals that make them look fresh and appetizing, but which cause cancer. Both nitrate and nitrite of sodium are linked to the increased risk of colon cancer and other cancers.

Refined or white flours are found in all processed foods. The concentration of carbohydrates is a serious cause for concern. The consumption of refined carbohydrates can lead to breast cancer.
Refined sugars increase insulin levels quickly and help the cancerous cells to grow.

Dirty fruits
When buying fruits from the store, people think that they eat healthy. But this happens only if the fruits are organic, pesticide-free, otherwise they have an increased risk of causing cancer. 98% of conventional products are on the list of “dirty” guilty foods, full of cancer-causing pesticides.

Farmed salmon
Farmed salmon is another source of cancer. This fish not only lacks vitamin D, but it is often contaminated with carcinogenic chemicals, flame retardants, pesticides, and antibiotics.

Hydrogenated oils
They are often used in all sorts of foods to maintain stability.
Hydrogenated oils alter the structure and flexibility of cell membranes in the body and lead to the possibility of hosting such diseases as cancer.
