To prepare this treatment mix 3 table spoons of olive oil with 1 table spoon of lemon juice; place your bare nails into this nail beauty bath for about 10-15 minutes and then, rinse with water. Use this treatment once or twice a week during 3 weeks and see your nails get healthier, stronger and free from chipping.

4) Simply, olive oil
Actually, if you aren’t in the mood for experimenting and creating sophisticated nail care treatments or you just don’t have any other ingredients, than our simple old friend – olive oil, you can still strengthen your nails, using only this ingredient. Olive oil is extremely nourishing and moisturizing, it can easily be absorbed into the skin and nails. Just soak your nails in a bowl of olive oil once or twice a week for about 15-20 minutes (then rinse with water and pat dry) and see your nails get stronger, healthier and brighter.
