Moji Olaiya who passed on in Canada on May 18, 2017, after alleged complications from child birth will be laid to rest on June 7 at Ebony Vault, Ikoyi Cemetery in Lagos State.
The remains of the actress will arrive Nigeria from Canada on June 6 along with her daughter.
The publicity secretary of Moji Olaiya’s burial committee, Yomi Fabiyi, revealed this in a statement on Saturday, adding that she would be buried according to the Islamic rites.
The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, had on May 22, paid for the repatriation of the body of the actress.
She died at the age of 42, two months after she gave birth to her second child.
